I would never buy another fax machine from Panasonic.You can't get this one to move the paper when it is in fax mode. The is the worst fax machine I have ever purchased. It holds very little paper and the film runs out very quickly. I'd take this back to the store if I had not purchased it on line. Don't buy this one. I'd love to ship it back.
Small enough to fit most any location. But this one does. Panasonic KX-FG2451 Plain Paper Fax/Copier with 2.4GHz FHSS GigaRange¿ Cordless Phone and Digital Answering SystemIt very hard to find a machine that does all off the above. Since my previous model had died (piece by piece) I really needed this. And does them well. It is also stylish and attractive. It is quite reasonable in price. Another important factor.
Let me start by saying I have never owned/used a fax machine before this one. I will agree with a lot of the other reviews about the volume not being loud enough on the phone speaker and the print is not the best quality. But, I do like the built in answering machine, cordless phone, and compact size of the machine. I would not recommend for heavy use but it is nice to have around the home if you ever need a fax machine.

The screen on the cordless phone hasn't worked right from day one and the Panasonic people couldn't care less.
